Welcome to NAUGHTELLE. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NAUGHTELLE website, online store, mobile-optimized website, and any related services provided by NAUGHTELLE (“Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting our Site, purchasing products from us, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.

4. Pricing, Promotions, and Discount Codes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Promotions, sale prices, and discount codes are valid only during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Unless otherwise stated:

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, dispatch and delivery may be delayed during busy periods, sales, holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

NAUGHTELLE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at naughtelle@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate order changes or cancellations, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed, processed, or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Return and exchange eligibility may depend on the product type, condition, hygiene requirements, and your location.

Unless required by applicable law, returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed;

  • In original condition;

  • With all original tags, packaging, hygiene seals, and labels attached;

  • Returned within the stated return period.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Underwear, lingerie bottoms, bodysuits, swimwear, or intimate apparel where hygiene seals have been removed;

  • Beauty or cosmetic products that have been opened or used;

  • Gift cards;

  • Final sale or clearance items;

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or required by applicable law.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at naughtelle@gmail.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, alteration, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a product fault.

You are responsible for following all care instructions provided with your product.

NAUGHTELLE is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, storage, use, alteration, or failure to follow care instructions.
